Mustard Vinaigrette

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Kowalski's Champagne Honey Mustard
2 tbsp. red wine or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
¼ cup Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mustard, vinegar and honey.
  2. Drizzle in oil very slowly, whisking constantly to form an emulsion; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with your favorite salad or try it in our recipes for Bean and Fig Salad and Roasted Potatoes and Jalapeños.
