Zesty Holiday Meatballs
Ingredients
10 oz. jar
Kowalski's Cranberry Sauce
12 oz. jar
chili sauce, such as Heinz brand
1 tsp.
ground cumin
1 tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
22 oz.
Kowalski's Ready-to-Sauce Meatballs
Directions
- In a large microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, cumin and pepper; mix well.
- Microwave on high power until hot (about 2 min.); stir.
- Add meatballs; stir to coat.
- Return bowl to microwave. Cook on 50% power for 2 min; stir.
- Continue to microwave on 50% power in 1 min. intervals, stirring between bursts, until meatballs are heated through (about 2-3 min.).
