Pears with Mascarpone and Prosciutto

Ingredients

8 paper-thin slices Prosciutto di Parma
8 oz. mascarpone
2 red pears, cored, each sliced into 8 pieces
- microgreens, for garnish

Directions
  1. Spread each slice of prosciutto with mascarpone; cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Place a pear slice at the end of each piece of prosciutto; roll prosciutto around pears.
  3. Serve cold.
