Reindeer Chow

Ingredients

½ cup white chocolate chips
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Salted Butter
1 tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract
3 cups General Mills Rice Chex cereal
2 cups General Mills Corn Chex cereal
1 cup roasted peanuts
¾ cup confectioners' sugar (or more if desired)
1 cup mini pretzels
1 cup mini peanut butter cups
½ cup red and green candy-coated chocolates (such as M&Ms)

Directions
  1. In an extra-large microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter on 50% power in 1 min. increments until smooth, stirring between intervals.
  2. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Add cereals and peanuts; toss gently until evenly coated, being careful not to crush cereal. Set coated cereal mixture aside.
  4. Pour sugar into another extra-large mixing bowl. Add coated cereal to the sugar; toss gently until evenly coated, being careful not to crush cereal.
  5. Pour in pretzels, peanut butter cups and chocolate candies; stir together. Stir in more sugar, if desired. 
  6. Scoop mixture onto a baking sheet or cooling rack lined with parchment or waxed paper, leaving any excess chocolate behind; spread out and let dry for 15 min.
  7. Store at room temperature, covered, for up to 5 days.
