Longing for Lefse
Ingredients

prepared lefse (from the Dairy Department)
- Kowalski's Cinnamon Honey Whipped Butter, to taste
- lingonberry jam, to taste
Directions
- Heat an extra-large skillet over medium heat. Add lefse to the pan one at a time; cook for 1-2 min. per side until hot.
- Remove lefse from skillet; spread with cinnamon butter or jam on one side and roll up.
- Repeat with remaining lefse.
- Serve immediately.
