Jalapeño Popper Rolls
Ingredients
7.5 oz. pkg.
Philadelphia Spicy Jalapeño Cream Cheese Spread
3
(8") Kowalski's Flour Tortillas
2
fresh jalapeño peppers (or to taste), finely diced
6 slices
Kowalski's Smoked Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 ½ cups (about 6 oz.)
finely shredded Kowalski's Colby Jack, Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese
Directions
- Using an offset spatula, divide spread evenly between tortillas and spread to cover completely.
- Sprinkle jalapeños, bacon and shredded cheese over cream cheese.
- Roll tortillas up tightly; slice each log into 8 rounds.
