Easy Nachos Supreme

Ingredients

4 oz. (about 32 chips) Kowalski’s Signature Corn Tortilla Chips
1 cup Kowalski's Signature Queso Blanco Dip (from the Deli Grab & Go Case), warmed
½ lb. Kowalski's Signature Lightly Smoked Pulled Pork, warmed slightly in the microwave
½ cup canned black or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
8 oz. freshly shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- toppings, your choice: Kowalski's Fresh Pico de Gallo, diced fresh avocado and Mexican crema, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Arrange chips in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with warm queso.
  3. Top chips evenly with pork; sprinkle evenly with beans and shredded cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 4 min.).
  5. If desired, place chips under a preheated broiler just until shredded cheese turns very dark (about 1-2 min.), watching carefully so chips do not burn.
  6. Remove from oven; add desired toppings. Serve immediately.
