Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb.
Kowalski's Naturally Raised 94% Lean Ground Turkey
1 ½ tsp.
Kowalski's Poultry Seasoning
4
burger buns of your choice (such as Kowalski's Pretzel Buns or Sweet Egg Buns), lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: mayonnaise, fresh baby spinach, Stonewall Kitchen Apple Cranberry Chutney, thinly sliced red onion and sliced tomato
Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
- Using clean hands, mix turkey with seasoning in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined; form 4 patties.
- Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (about 5 min. per side), turning once.
- Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
- Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
