Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 head
cauliflower
3 cloves
garlic, finely chopped
about 2 tbsp.
extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
- freshly grated or shaved Parmesan cheese, to taste
Directions
Cut cauliflower into 1 1/2" florets (discard remainder); toss florets with garlic. Drizzle with olive oil to lightly and evenly coat everything; season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Pour onto a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in a preheated 400° oven until cauliflower turns dark brown at the edges and is easily pierce with the tip of a paring knife (about 25-35 min.). Remove from oven and sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese, to taste. Serve immediately.
Good to Know: Also add chopped fresh parsley, fresh lemon zest and toasted pine nuts with the Parmesan cheese, if desired.
