Garlic Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
about 2 tbsp. Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
- freshly grated or shaved Kowalski's Signature Parmesan Cheese, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Cut cauliflower into 1 ½" florets (discard remainder).
  3. Toss florets with garlic; drizzle with olive oil to lightly and evenly coat everything. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour onto a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper; roast in preheated oven until cauliflower turns dark brown at the edges and is easily pierced with the tip of a paring knife (about 25-35 min.).
  5. Remove from oven; sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.

Tasty Tip:

  • You can also add chopped fresh parsley, freshly grated lemon zest and toasted pine nuts with the Parmesan cheese, if desired.
