Simple Parmesan Cream Sauce
Ingredients
8 oz. pkg.
Neufchâtel cheese, diced
¾ cup
skim milk
½ cup
freshly grated Kowalski's Parmesan Cheese
⅛ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Nutmeg
Directions
- In a 1 qt. casserole dish, microwave all ingredients in 1 min. increments until sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Toss with hot cooked pasta.
