Garlic-Ginger Stir Fry Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup
water
3 tbsp.
gluten-free tamari
1 tbsp.
seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp.
superfine sugar
2 tsp.
grated, peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp. (about 1 clove)
pressed fresh garlic
1 tsp.
cornstarch
1 tsp.
Asian sesame oil
- Asian hot sauce (such as Sriracha) or crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
Directions
In a glass measuring cup, whisk together all ingredients. Add to stir fry in the last 2 min. of cooking.
