Vanilla-Mascarpone Whipped Cream
Ingredients

mascarpone cheese
½ pt.
heavy cream
¼ cup
confectioners' sugar
1 tsp.
Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Bean Paste
Directions
- In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip mascarpone until loose and fluffy.
- Scrape bowl; add cream, sugar and vanilla paste. Whip on high until soft peaks form.
- Use immediately or refrigerate, covered, until ready to use.
