Strawberry Sour Cream Tart
Ingredients
8 oz.
cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup
sugar
½ cup
sour cream
2 tsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp.
vanilla extract

prepared graham cracker pie crust
1 qt.
fresh strawberries
½ cup

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in sour cream, lemon juice and vanilla until completely combined.
- Spread filling into crust; cover ad chill in the referigerator until firm (at least 4 hrs.).
- Arrange berries over filling just before serving.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk jam to a loose consistency; drizzle over berries. Serve immediately.
