Mascarpone and Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients

½ cup mascarpone cheese
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup superfine sugar
½ tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract
2 lbs. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
6 tbsp. Kowalski's Balsamic Vinegar
- freshly grated lemon zest, for garnish

Directions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients (through vanilla) on medium speed just until soft peaks form; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries and vinegar, tossing to coat. Refrigerate, covered, for 30 min.
  3. Divide strawberries among 6 martini or sherbet glasses. Spoon mascarpone mixture over berries; sprinkle with lemon zest.
