Maple Bacon Candy
Ingredients

Kowalski's Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
⅓ cup
brown sugar
2 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Place bacon in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle bacon evenly with brown sugar; drizzle with syrup. Bake in preheated oven until crisp (about 25 min.).
- Transfer bacon to a rack set over a rimmed sheet pan; drain and let cool for 5 min. before serving.
Tasty Tip:
- Bacon candy is delicious crumbled over ice cream with a bit of maple syrup drizzled on top.
