Maple Bacon Candy

Ingredients

12 oz. Kowalski's Cherrywood Smoked Bacon
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. Kowalski's Pure Maple Syrup

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°. 
  2. Place bacon in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle bacon evenly with brown sugar; drizzle with syrup. Bake in preheated oven until crisp (about 25 min.).
  4. Transfer bacon to a rack set over a rimmed sheet pan; drain and let cool for 5 min. before serving.

Tasty Tip:

  • Bacon candy is delicious crumbled over ice cream with a bit of maple syrup drizzled on top.
