Easy Chocolate Glaze

Makes enough for a 9x13" pan or 2 (8-9") round pans of brownies or cake

Ingredients

¼ cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter
2 tsp. light corn syrup
4 oz. (about ½ cup) semisweet chocolate chips
½ tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract or Paste

Directions
  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream with butter and corn syrup, stirring every 20 sec., until butter is melted and mixture is very hot but does not boil (about 1 min.).
  2. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth.
