Name: Easy Chocolate Glaze
Yield: Makes enough for a 9x13" pan or 2 (8-9") round pans of brownies or cake
Ingredients: ¼ cup heavy cream; 2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. Kowalski's Unsalted Butter; 2 tsp. light corn syrup; 4 oz. (about ½ cup) semisweet chocolate chips; ½ tsp. Kowalski's Organic Madagascar Vanilla Extract or Paste

Directions

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave cream with butter and corn syrup, stirring every 20 sec., until butter is melted and mixture is very hot but does not boil (about 1 min.).
Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla until smooth.
