Whipped Garlic Parmesan Butter

Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

½ cup (1 stick) Kowalski's Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. finely minced fresh garlic
½ tsp. Italian or pizza seasoning
½ tsp. freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
½ tsp. kosher salt

Directions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend butter with remaining ingredients.
  2. Whip with an electric mixer until very light and fluffy.
  3. Serve on fish, beef or poultry, or use it to make crunchy, homemade garlic bread – just spread it on French bread and bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
