Tortellini Skewers
Ingredients
8.8 oz. pkg.
Kowalski's Four Cheese Tortellini (from the Dairy Department)
1 cup
Kowalski's Italian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (from the Grocery Department)
8 oz.
Kowalski's Provolone Cheese, cubed into about 30 pieces
1 pt.
grape tomatoes
8 oz. (1 ½ jars)
Kowalski's Pitted Kalamata Olives, drained
8 oz. (1 ½ jars)
Kowalski's Green Pitted Olives, drained
8 oz. chunk
Boar's Head Salami, cubed into about 30 pieces
4 oz. chunk
Boar's Head Pepperoni, cubed or sliced into about 30 pieces
- Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
- freshly ground Kowalski's California Sea Salt and Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to pkg. directions (do not overcook); drain and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently toss tortellini with dressing; cover and refrigerate for 30 min. to overnight.
- Alternate marinated pasta with remaining ingredients on 4-5" bamboo skewers or party picks.
- Arrange on a serving platter; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
