Sweet and Spicy Pecans
Ingredients

egg white, lightly beaten
1 tbsp.
water
5 cups
pecan halves
1 cup
sugar
½ tsp.
kosher salt
1 tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Nutmeg
¼ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Allspice
1 dash
Kowalski's Cayenne Pepper
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg white and water; Add pecans and toss to coat; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; sprinkle over nuts, tossing to coat evenly. Pour nuts onto a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper; bake in a preheated 325° oven (20 min.). Remove pan from oven; cool nuts on pan for 5 min. Remove nuts from pan, cooling completely before breaking them apart.
