Sweet and Spicy Pecans
Ingredients

egg white, lightly beaten
  
                                  
  1 tbsp.
water
  
                                  
  5 cups
pecan halves
  
                                  
  1 cup
sugar
  
                                  
  ½ tsp.
kosher salt
  
                                  
  1 tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Nutmeg
  
                                  
  ¼ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Allspice
  
                                  
  1 dash
Kowalski's Cayenne Pepper
  
                      Directions
          - Preheat oven to 325°.
 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk egg white and water. Add nuts; toss to coat.
 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients; sprinkle over nuts; toss to coat evenly.
 - Pour nuts onto a large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper; bake in preheated oven for 20 min.
 - Remove from oven; cool nuts on pan for 5 min.
 - Remove nuts from pan; cool completely before breaking apart.
