Sticky Sweet Chicken Satays

Ingredients

3 skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 1 ¼ lbs.), cut into ¼" thick x ½" wide strips
24 (6-10") wooden skewers, soaked in water for 1 hr.
2 ¼ tsp. Livia's Seasoning Salt
½ cup Kowalski's Sticky Sweet Kalbi, divided

Directions
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; clean grill grates.
  2. Thread each chicken strip lengthwise onto a skewer, keeping strips as straight as possible; sprinkle evenly on both sides with seasoning salt.
  3. Spray skewers lightly on both sides with cooking spray; grill chicken on preheated grill, turning once, until chicken is cooked through (about 5 min. total).
  4. Drizzle with approx. ½ of the sauce; serve with remaining sauce for dipping.
