- Door County Chocolate-Covered Cherries (from the Specialty Cheese Department)
- fresh fruits (such as kumquats, figs, blackberries, lychees, etc.), your choice

Directions
- Spoon or pour jelly, vinegar and honey into 3 individual bowls or jars for serving; place in the center of a serving platter in a triangle configuration, spread slightly apart from one another but away from the edge of the platter.
- Stack, fan out or layer individual servings of flatbread, sablés and bread around the edges of the platter to create a border.
- Arrange pecorino, BellaVitano and prosciutto between condiment dishes, creating three groups of like items.
- Pile cubed cranberry white Cheddar on top of prosciutto, spilling them towards the center of the platter (leave a bit of prosciutto peaking out from under the cheese so you can see the layers).
- Arrange pistachios, candy, chocolate-covered cherries, fruit and sugared grapes around the platter in small groupings, placing them near the foods with which they pair best (away from the edges of the platter). Be sure to fill in any gaps with these smaller ingredients, leaving little to no empty spaces on your platter.
- Garnish platter with rosemary sprigs.
Tasty Tips:
- Get creative with your presentation! Swirl, pile, layer and swoop single-serve portions of your grazing board components around the board to create a visually interesting array of items.
- Keep color balance in mind as you place items (do not place items of the same color all in one area of the board).
- Group like items around your board. Do not scatter them all over the entire board.
