Rachael's Roll-Ups

Ingredients

4 Kowalski's 8" Flour Tortillas
8 thin slices Boar's Head Baby Swiss Cheese (or Danish Cream Havarti Cheese)
1 lb. thinly sliced Boar's Head Smoked Turkey (or Pastrami)
1 cup fresh sauerkraut, very well drained (or Kowalski's Herbed Coleslaw)
½ tsp. Kowalski's Whole Cumin Seeds
- Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for brushing the roll-ups
¾ cup Rachael's Russian Dressing, for dipping

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place tortillas on a clean work surface; evenly layer each tortilla with cheese, turkey, sauerkraut and seeds, leaving a ¼" border around the edge.
  3. Roll tortillas up tightly; brush outside of rolls lightly with oil.
  4. Place rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet; bake in preheated oven until lightly browned on the edges and cheese is melted (about 10 min.).
  5. Cut each roll into 2 pieces on the diagonal; serve with dressing for dipping.
