Basil-Bean Dip
Ingredients
15 oz. can
Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 oz.
fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish, if desired
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more as needed
1 tsp.
minced garlic
½ tsp.
kosher salt
¼ tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
- cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- In a food processor, combine beans, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper; process until smooth.
- Add more oil as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days.
- Serve garnished with tomatoes and basil ribbons and a drizzle of olive oil.

- This nondairy dip is creamy, dreamy heaven on crispy wheat crackers.
