Artisan Toast with Goat Cheese and Fresh Figs

Kowalski's Signature Artisan Bread (your choice), sliced ½" thick
4 oz.
soft fresh goat cheese (from the Specialty Cheese Department), at room temperature

fresh figs, sliced
3 tbsp.
Kowalski's Pure Honey
¼ cup
chopped walnuts, toasted
1 tbsp.
fresh thyme leaves, plus extra sprigs for garnish
Directions
- Toast bread until golden-brown and still chewy inside; let cool slightly.
- Spread toast evenly with cheese; top with figs.
- Drizzle evenly with honey; sprinkle with walnuts and thyme leaves.
- Garnish with thyme sprigs; serve immediately.
