Grapefruit Vinaigrette

Makes about ½ cup

Ingredients

¼ cup avocado oil
3 tbsp. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. Kowalski's Pure Honey
2 tsp. freshly grated grapefruit zest
¼ tsp. Dijon mustard
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a screw-top glass jar; fasten lid and shake vigorously to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.

Tasty Tip:

  • If refrigerated, let dressing stand at room temperature for about 30 min.; this will make it easier to shake the dressing together just before serving.
