Ingredients
1 cup
diced seedless purple grapes
1 cup
diced organic black plums
1 cup
diced mango
½ cup
diced red (purple) onion
1
minced jalapeño pepper
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine grapes, plums, mango, onion, jalapeño, zest and juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips or tacos, as in our recipe for Skol, Vikings! Steak Taco Tailgate.
