Rosemary Lemonade

Serves 4

Ingredients

5 cups ice-cold water, divided
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh rosemary leaves, plus 4 small stems for garnish
1 cup Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
4 lemon slices

Directions

In a small saucepan, mix 2 cups water and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sugar is completely dissolved. Add rosemary leaves; remove mixture from the heat and cool completely (about 1 hr.). Strain mixture into a pitcher. Add remaining water and lemon juice; stir well. Serve lemonade over ice with a sprig of fresh rosemary and a lemon slice.
