Affectionately dubbed by insiders as "Ugly Dough," this (let's be honest) less-than-beautiful bag contains a beautifully delicious treat! The olive oil in the bag helps prevent excess sticking when you unwrap it but also adds a subtle fruity flavor. Made fresh in-store, Bakery Dough is stickier out of the bag, but this soft dough produces a particularly tender crust. It expands in the bag (note the bubbles) and develops a wonderfully yeasty (and yummy) taste. Don't be afraid of it! Use a generous amount of flour when working with the dough, practice a soft touch and be patient. You'll be rewarded!
