- Cinnamon Raisin Bread – Made from our exclusive Signature recipe, this tender, lightly sweet bread is mixed and formed by hand and baked daily with real cinnamon sugar and a touch of honey. It makes the world's best toast!
- Cranberry Wild Rice Bread – This ode to the Bold North is made with a bit of whole-wheat flour, giving it great flavor and structure. It's especially great for hearty meals and sandwiches. It's mixed and shaped by hand and freshly baked every day.
- Steakhouse Table Bread – This unique loaf is soft and fluffy with a beautiful, tender crust. It's mildly sweet and derives its characteristic color from molasses, honey and brown sugar. It's delicious as a table bread with lightly salted butter. Made using our exclusive Signature recipe with oat flour and a touch of stout, this bread is hand-mixed, hand-formed and baked daily, of course.
- Bella Bread – Made from our exclusive Signature recipe, this ciabatta-style loaf is mixed and formed by hand and baked fresh daily. Made with a touch of olive oil, it has a flavorful open crumb with a crispy, light crust. It's great for dipping in soups, sauces, and flavored oils.
- Focaccia Bread – Made with our exclusive Signature recipe, this olive-oil-rich Italian bread has a crispy, golden crust with an airy, springy interior. It’s equally good for making sandwiches or soaking up sauces. It's available in Rosemary Sea Salt and Parmesan Pepper varieties.
- Challah Bread – This egg-enriched bread has a slightly sweet, golden-hued interior and a tender crust that’s similar to brioche. We make it using our exclusive Signature recipe and hand-twist it into a traditional braid shape. It makes amazing French toast!
- Parmesan Herb Bread – This unique loaf features a flavorful crust flecked with crispy Parmesan cheese and sea salt. The fluffy interior is flavored with a special blend of herbs, including oregano, thyme, basil, rosemary and sage, plus more Parmesan and olive oil. - Multigrain Bread – This well-balanced bread is made with our Signature exclusive recipe and is hand-mixed, hand-formed and baked fresh daily. We add a touch of honey to high-protein, whole-wheat and rye flour and mix it with cornmeal, old-fashioned oats, flaxseed, pepitas and sunflower seeds. It's perfect for sandwiches, toast or served as a table bread with or without butter.
