Lemon Caper Dill Seafood Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup
mayonnaise
2 tbsp
finely chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp.
roughly chopped capers
4 tsp.
freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp
freshly grated lemon zest
- kosher salt and freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns, to taste
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, dill, capers, juice and zest.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days.
