Jerk Seasoning
Makes 5 tbsp. (enough for 3 lbs. chicken or fish)
Ingredients
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Dried Thyme
1 tbsp.
Kowalski's Hungarian Paprika
2 tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Allspice
2 tsp.
Kowalski's Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp.
sugar
1 tsp.
kosher salt
½ tsp.
freshly ground Kowalski's Black Peppercorns
½ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Nutmeg
½ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp.
Kowalski's Ground Cloves
Directions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Store in a sealed container in a dark, dry place for up to 3 months until ready to use. Try it in our recipe for Jerk Chicken Sandwiches.
