Plant-Based Curry Burgers

Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Kowalski's Wheat Burger Buns (from the Bakery Department), split and lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: Curry Mayo, mango chutney, shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix, and thinly sliced red onion
Directions
- In a large nonstick skillet or griddle, heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook burgers until heated through (2-3 min. per side).
- Serve on buns with desired toppings.
Tasty Tip:
- This meal is a wonderful way to incorporate plant-based protein into your diet. Of course, this recipe is also great when made with ground beef patties!
