Easy Grilled Pizza or Flatbread

Ingredients

- prebaked pizza crust, flatbread, wraps or naan (your choice)
- Kowalski's Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as needed
- sauce and/or toppings and cheese, to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat both sides the grill to high heat, lid down.
  2. Turn one side of the grill off (or move coals to one side).
  3. Brush one side of each crust very lightly with oil; place oil-side down on a cutting board or the back of a baking sheet.
  4. Arrange a sparse amount of sauce (such as our recipe for Romesco Sauce or Pizzaiola Sauce), toppings and cheese evenly over pizza, taking care not to overload.
  5. Transfer pizza(s) to the heated side of the grill; grill 1-2 at a time (as space permits), lid down, rotating crust 90° when dark grill marks form (2-3 min. total).
  6. Slide pizza(s) to the cool side of the grill; let stand, lid down, until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 2 min.).
  7. Remove pizza(s) from grill; let stand for 1-2 min. before slicing.
