Chimichurri Burgers

Ingredients

1 ⅓ lbs. Kowalski's Certified Organic 100% Grass-Fed Ground Beef
4 Kowalski's Wheat Burger Buns (from the Bakery Department), split horizontally and lightly toasted
- toppings, to taste: Kowalski's Signature Chimichurri Sauce (from the Deli Grab & Go Case) and thickly sliced tomatoes

Directions
  1. Preheat grill to high heat; clean grill grates.
  2. Using clean hands, form beef into 4 patties.
  3. Grill burgers over direct heat, covered, until done (about 4 min. per side for medium doneness), turning once.
  4. Remove from heat; tent loosely with foil and let stand for 3-5 min.
  5. Serve burgers on buns with chimichurri and tomatoes.
