Mascarpone-Blueberry Shortbread

Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. Kowalski's Traditional Shortbread Cookies (from the Bakery Department)
- mascarpone cheese, to taste
- Janet’s Finest Blueberry Jalapeño Compote (from the Specialty Cheese Department), to taste
1 fresh blueberry per shortbread
- chopped fresh thyme, to taste

Directions
  1. Spread one side of each shortbread with mascarpone cheese; top with jam.
  2. Place a blueberry on top of each cookie; garnish with thyme.
