Donnay Dairy began with the simple concept of creating a high-quality, farmstead, artisanal goat's milk cheese they could deliver directly to executive chefs and restaurants. Their farm in Stearns County, Minnesota, began in the early 1900s with Matt and Catherine Donnay. Four generations later, they still have a small heard of Saanan dairy goats raised without the use of added hormones. Using traditional cheesemaking methods, Donnay Dairy ensures the highest standards for every batch of handcrafted cheese. This family-owned dairy believes healthy goats are the key to their high-quality cheeses.
