Tara Cadenhead has been an art-loving, creative, re-purposing junky for as long as she can remember. In 2014, she decided to follow her heart and founded Marquess Studios. Headquartered in Stillwater, Minnesota, Marquess specializes in repurposing vintage jewelry, with a special focus on memorial jewelry. They use unique and vintage components – including gold-plated stainless steel, stones, brass, mother of pearl, wood, glass, crystal and stone beads, leather, coconut and tortoise shell – to create one-of-a-kind jewelry, accessories, gifts and treasures.
