Maazah Chutney & Aioli

Maazah Chutney is a small-batch, gourmet, goes-with-anything condiment. The Sajady sisters grew up dousing rice, eggs, tacos, pizza and basically EVERYTHING in their mother's "magic green sauce," a punchy, flavorful Afghan chutney. This emerald green sauce bursts with the freshness of cilantro and ginger, perfectly complemented by garlic, zesty lemon and jalapeño pepper. Made with fresh, simple ingredients, you can dip, spread or drizzle on breakfast, lunch and dinner.

To honor their Afghan roots, this mother-and-three-daughter team named their company Maazah, which means "flavor" in Farsi. It not only describes great-tasting food but also expresses something that satisfies the soul or hits the spot – just like their vibrant, savory chutney!
