Way to Go, Justin!

At Kowalski's, we're proud of our amazing employees and their commitment to providing you with the best customer service – and it's not every day that this dedication is highlighted on a national level!

On September 20, Kowalski's employee Justin Kizilos of our Grand Avenue Market had the opportunity to fly to Las Vegas and compete in the National Grocers Association's Best Bagger Contest. He won the Minnesota Grocers Association's Best Bagger Contest last year, taking home a $500 prize and trophy. In the national competition, Justin represented the state of Minnesota as he competed against 9 other elite baggers from across the country, all vying for the championship title and a $10,000 prize.

Justin took home 2nd place and $5,000 in cash! We're so proud of him and are honored to have such a talented employee in our company!
