Signature Product Focus: Just Arrived - March 2025

Our Pita Chips are made in small batches by a local producer in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and toasted to a golden-brown finish for a crispy crunch. They're available in two new flavors – Garlic and Lemon Pepper – alongside our classic Original. Serve them with Kowalski's Hummus and your favorite toppings from the Deli Olive Bar.

The newest additions in our Signature Soup line were created in collaboration with Executive Chef Peter Christenson of Brickhouse Food & Drink and Dellwood Country Club. Made locally in small batches, these soups are brimming with bold flavor and satisfying, hearty ingredients:

• Chorizo Soup with Sweet Corn – Bold chorizo sausage and vegetables in a rich tomato broth that features a hint of smoke and spice from chipotle peppers and adobo sauce.
   
• Italian Sausage Soup – This dreamy soup features flavor-packed fennel sausage, vine-ripened tomatoes, garden vegetables, herbs and spices, making it light yet hearty.

Authentic Italian pasta is more than just a culinary tradition passed down through generations – it's an art form. Our pasta is made in Italy using a traditional recipe and 100% organic durum wheat semolina. This coarsely ground variety of wheat is especially hard and has a high protein content, which helps the pasta retain its shape and firmness while cooking. Cook it just until tender in plenty of boiling, salted water to taste the difference that real Italian pasta makes in all your favorite recipes.
