A fast and easy grilled flatbread is a perfect late-summer supper, especially when it's loaded with seasonal zucchini and finished with fresh herbs. Here, Kowalski's Cheese Specialist Matthew Guenthner is sharing his family's recipe for Mediterranean Flatbread.
