Kowalski's Fresh Pizza Dough

Our Fresh Pizza Dough from the Bakery Department produces a soft, tender crust. It expands in the bag (note the bubbles) and develops a wonderfully yeasty (and yummy) taste. We make it fresh, right in the store, and put a little olive oil in the bag to prevent sticking while you unwrap it. The olive oil conveniently adds a subtle, fruity flavor. Use a generous amount of flour as you work the dough, practice a soft touch and be patient. We promise, the results are worth the effort!
