A stick-to-your ribs stew is perfect for cool fall evenings and reheats wonderfully for a great lunch later in the week. This traditional Beef Stew recipe is made easier with pre-cut vegetables from the Produce Department and stew meat from the Meat Department. You can even use a slow cooker in place of a Dutch oven to prepare it. Just simmer the meat on low for 8 hours, then add the vegetables and finish as directed. Either approach will leave your house smelling delicious!
