Kowalski's is proud to introduce two limited-edition red wines, barreled, blended and bottled exclusively for Kowalski's by acclaimed Sonoma County winemaker Peter Seghesio. San Lorenzo 2022 Rockgarden Zinfandel
Peter Seghesio makes 2022 Rockgarden Zinfandel using the grapes from the San Lorenzo planting, his family's original 40-acre block planted in 1896. A blend of 90% Zinfandel, 5% Cabernet and 5% Petite Sirah, this wine is loaded and powerfully built with excellent concentration due to the age of the vines. The texture is opulent but well defined. Black raspberry and black cassis flavors run deep, highlighted by hints of Asian spices, smoky peppercorn and clove. It's a luxuriously silky sipper to share with friends.
Journeyman 2022 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Journeyman Pinot Noir by made by Peter Seghesio using grapes grown on Zio Tony Ranch, one of the Russian River Valley's finest vineyard sites. This is handcrafted wine in every sense, with production that rarely exceeds 150 cases per year. The pedigree is evident in the glass, showing layers of complexity and refinement. Its deep flavors and polished texture make it ideal for that special dinner.
