Dough Wines is the first wine brand from the James Beard Foundation, created in partnership with Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners. Head Winemaker Heidi Bridenhagen, whose wines have received over 300 scores of 90+ points throughout her career, is known for her work at MacRostie Winery and Estate House in Healdsburg, California. Dough Wines is her "passion project." These classically crafted wines are made in collaboration with James Beard Foundation chefs to be food friendly and pair with a variety of different cuisines and occasions.

Heidi says, "Dough Wines embraces my desire to innovate as well as be a catalyst for good through our [financial] support of the James Beard Foundation as we advocate for restaurant recovery, equality in the kitchen and food sustainability."

Dough wines consistently score 90 points or more from the best ratings organizations in the industry. Kowalski's is proud to offer Dough's 2022 Pinot Noir (Central Coast, California) and 2023 Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough, New Zealand).
