While meatloaf might not be the most glamorous meal on the menu, there's no denying its popularity. And while it may have started as a way to make meat go further, these days, it's enjoyed because it's just that good. It all starts with a base of ground beef (or poultry!), blended with egg and breadcrumbs to bind it all together and retain its delicious, meaty flavor.
