Modeled after our extremely popular chocolate zucchini bread recipe, our brown sugar and chocolate-chip-streuseled zucchini cake is the ideal everyday chocolate cake. Made with brown sugar, buttermilk and a hint of cinnamon, it's mildly sweet and moist without being too heavy or rich. Try it for breakfast or brunch or with a cup of coffee for a teatime snack.
