Bring on the Berries

Summer signals prime-time berry season, and we're all about it! Every berry's a dandy one both deliciously and nutritiously. Their rightful claims to fame include:
- They are rich in polyphenols. These nutrients help tame inflammation, support a healthy blood pressure, nourish your skin and protect all cells in your body from damage.
- They are a good source of fiber. Fiber supports a healthy bacterial community in your "gut," and both the polyphenol and fiber content of berries helps keep blood sugar levels in better control.
- They are a good source of vitamin C. Vitamin C is great for your immune system, bones, heart, brain and more.
Enjoy the berry best of summer! Our recipe for Berries Romanoff is a tasty way to get the party started.
