Tina Fournier

Tina Fournier began working at Kowalski's in 1994 as a Front-End Manager and was soon promoted to Assistant Manager. Over the years, she discovered a passion for hiring and training employees. Today, Tina oversees all the hiring and training operations at Kowalski's alongside her team. She found that what she loves most is connecting with people, the community and local schools to provide a great work environment and a meaningful teaching platform. Her goal is to help people succeed and enjoy what they do – it's all about the people!
