Kowalski's Meat and Seafood Director, Joe Crow, began working as a Journeyman Meat Cutter in 2003 and joined Kowalski's in 2017. Joe oversees all daily Meat and Seafood operations while working alongside our vendor partners and meat strategy team to bring customers the highest-quality meats. He ensures that all Meat and Seafood products meet our sustainability and ethical standards. Joe takes great pride in knowing Kowalski's is committed to cutting and grinding meat daily in every store. This allows us to offer the freshest meat to our customers and fill any special requests.
